Mark has been a self-employed trainer since 2011. He is from a strength and conditioning background and also has experience with bodybuilding methods. Mark has competed in powerlifting competitions where he has had success, but has now decided to move into weightlifting, competing as a super heavyweight. Mark is passionate about helping his clients achieve their goals whether it is improving performance, injury prevention, improving health or improved body composition. Mark applies research based methods and proven applied methods to help his clients achieve success. Mark has a lot of experience in the gym/fitness/powerlifting/weightlifting environment and specialises more in powerlifting/weightlifting having competed in the past and currently. - UKSCA Level 1 Novice Strength and Conditioning Coach
- Extreme Kettlebell Instructor
- Advanced Kettlebell Instructor
